As a result, no physical products are shipped. This policy explains how and when our digital services are delivered to our clients.

All services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods:

Once your payment is confirmed, service activation will typically follow this timeline:

  • Your access to any digital dashboard or advertising results has been shared.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely service delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Missing or incomplete information from the client
  • Technical or server-related issues
  • High-demand seasons or national holidays

In such cases, we will notify you promptly with updated timelines and possible solutions.


6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely service delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate information during onboarding
  • Responding to communication in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeframe

7. No Physical Shipping

Websezma does not ship physical goods. All services and deliverables are digital and do not require courier, postal, or logistics services.
