2. Digital Services & Non-Tangible Products

All services provided by Websezma, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising & Traffic Packages
  • Website Design/Development
  • SEO Services
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Campaign Management
  • Graphic Design
  • Custom Development

…are considered digital or service-based, and are non-refundable once the work has been initiated or delivered.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

While we generally do not offer refunds after a service has begun or a product has been delivered, you may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made more than one payment for the same service.
  • Service Not Delivered: If a service was not started or delivered as agreed, and you have not received any substantial progress or files.
  • Non-Activation of Paid Package: If you purchase a traffic package or service but it is not activated within 7 business days without valid communication or delay from your side.
  • Technical Errors: In case of system failure or issues on our end that prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved within 14 days.

Note: Change of mind or dissatisfaction without justification of non-performance is not grounds for a refund.


4. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting evidence (if applicable)

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.


5. Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks. We are committed to resolving all concerns professionally and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to termination of any ongoing or future services.


6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases, we may offer partial refunds depending on the percentage of work completed, subject to management review. This applies only when the service has started but was not completed due to internal issues on our end.
